Do I need to leave a security deposit?

No, we offer a strict NO SECURITY DEPOSIT policy for credit card holders. When you rent with us, there is no amount withheld from your credit card. Your vacation funds remain yours to enjoy.

Insurance & Vehicle Safety

What happens if I get into an accident?

Your safety is our absolute top priority. In the unfortunate event of an accident, our team provides comprehensive multilingual incident support. We will personally assist you with police and insurance interactions to ensure nothing gets lost in translation. If needed, we also provide support and transportation to local medical centers.

How do you assess vehicle damage?

We believe in 100% transparency and fairness. If a vehicle is damaged during your rental, we use professional, manufacturer-based damage assessment systems (such as DAT Calculate) that are recognized by major insurance companies. This guarantees that any repair cost calculations are accurate, fair, and free of hidden markups.

Will I be left without a car if mine needs repairs?

Never. In the rare event of a mechanical issue, we guarantee immediate vehicle replacement so your vacation continues without any disruption.

Are the vehicles safe and reliable?

Yes. Our fleet consists primarily of brand-new and late-model vehicles. By keeping our fleet constantly updated, we ensure that you benefit from the latest automotive safety features, comfort, and reliability while driving around Mykonos.

Pick-Up, Delivery & Complimentary Extras

Where can I pick up and drop off my rental vehicle?

We offer FREE OF CHARGE Drop On/Off services. This means we will deliver and return your vehicle exactly at the location of your preference, whether that is your hotel, a private villa, or the port.

What if my flight arrives late at night?

That is not a problem. We proudly offer late airport deliveries.Extra costs may apply. Just let us know your flight details, and our team will be waiting for you.

Do you charge extra for baby seats or additional drivers?

No, we do not. We want your family and friends to travel comfortably and safely. We provide a baby seat FREE OF CHARGE. Additionally, adding a second driver to your rental agreement is entirely free of charge.

Are the vehicles sanitized before pick-up?

Every vehicle in our fleet undergoes a rigorous professional cleaning and sanitization process immediately before it is handed over to a client. We prioritize your health and safety by ensuring that all interior touchpoints—including steering wheels, door handles, gear shifts, and touchscreens—are meticulously disinfected.

Chauffeur & VIP Services

How do your private chauffeur services work?

Our private chauffeur services are designed for ultimate flexibility and luxury. We offer packages for 12, 18, and 24 hours on call and on disposal.

How much notice do you need if I want to use my on-call chauffeur?

For our on-call services, we only require a 30-minute notice to have your driver ready and waiting for you.

How do you ensure the safety and professionalism of your chauffeur services?

We don't just vet our cars; we heavily vet our people. Each new tourist season, all employees undergo mandatory health checks and must provide a certificate for a clean criminal record. Our drivers are also strictly checked for valid driver's licenses and foreign language degrees. Furthermore, all Superise Mykonos employees wear professional uniforms, ensuring easy recognition and a secure, uniform experience for our clients.
